Fire Damage Mitigation Process
Most companies will tell you that fire damage mitigation is a complex and involved process. It is complicated and it is impossible to predict in advance exactly what actions will be necessary for a complete and proper restoration.

INITIAL INSPECTION
After receiving a call or e-mail from you, we will schedule an appointment, usually the same day or next day. When we arrive, we will inspect the damage and determine a course of action.

DOCUMENTATION
We will take detailed photographs and complete various forms and documentation to ensure that your claim obtains the maximum possible insurance coverage under your policy.DS

BOARD-UP & ROOF TARP *if needed
Often after a fire, it is necessary to board up parts of the property and/or tarp it in order to prevent unauthorized access and to prevent any outside contamination from entering. We are ready to provide these services if necessary.

EQUIPMENT & CLEANING
After a fire, it is necessary to clean up all soot from all surfaces, including walls and electrical outlets. Sometimes, there is resulting water damage which also needs to be mitigated. Additionally, we have the equipment to remove odors that will linger if not addressed in a proper fashion.

REPAIR
We stand ready to make temporary repairs as needed so that you can use electrical power and plumbing. We are also able to assist with whichever additional repairs you deem necessary.

COMPLETION
Upon project completion, we will sanitize all areas and clean up after ourselves. Then, we will compose an invoice, detailing all of our services, with photographs and diagrams. We will communicate all information to you and to your insurance adjuster to help you resolve your claim quickly and fairly.
