Mikhail Moyzeson2024-04-09We had major water leak caused by burst toilet supply line in the upstairs bathroom and our attorney recommended FastFixLA. Igor and his crew came in less than two hours and started water damage mitigation process right away. They also carefully measured and documented all the damages to support insurance claim. It took forever for the insurance company’s adjuster to come and to process the claim, so by the time we were able to do demolition mold started to form in the walls. FastFixLA successfully treated it and got clearance from the lab. Overall we very happy with the service we received.
Jina Kim2024-03-29Igor was great - very timely and responsive. I contacted several mold remediation companies, and Igor was most detailed in inspecting the damage and explaining the procedure. His crew was also reliable. They did everything they said would do and were on schedule. They waited for the clearance report, and once everything was clear, they took everything except what I asked them to leave behind (heavy plastic in place so I can minimize dust from spreading during reconstruction). Hopefully I will never have to do mold remediation again, but in case I do, I would definitely ask for Igor’s help again.

They took out the dry wall for 3 walls and had the dehumidifiers set up within one day. They were also very respectful of my house and taped and covered all of my other walls and furniture. Irene2023-12-19FF went above and beyond to make our family feel comfortable and safe while addressing mold problems. They were very patient and considerate , clean. I am very paranoid and I got a full mold clearance from the mold company after the job was done.I tested 7 areas. All the other companies that came to offer us the same job wanted to destroy our kitchen completely while Igor said he’ll do the best he can, and he was able to save our kitchen . The job was done very quickly and thoroughly so we could feel safe in our home.Igor also gave us a lot of valuable advice that was beyond the scope of work we hired him for .Our insurance wouldn’t cover anything, and I feel the price was very reasonable for what was done. I would definitely only recommend this company to deal with mold.
